

Morning sunlight tried breaking through the thick velvet curtains of my study, but I wasnโt in a mood to let light in today. Outside, I could faintly hear the distant echoes of laughter, the sounds of water splashing, kids running around, and elders preparing for Holi. It was Holi โ a day meant for colours, but in my world, everything stayed black, white, and blood red.
